1 - If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, using the form below, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs). Items returned must be in original, unused condition. No returns accepted without prior authorization.

2 - If an item is broken or damaged during shipping or is defective, using the form below, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. 

3 - Non returnable items include:  apothecary, food, vintage or sale items.
