La Nef Chocolate Bars

$10.00

We are really excited and happy to offer these wonderful (on many levels) La Nef Chocolate bars this year for our Yule Book Flood!

Here is how founders Mandy and Dylan Metrano describe their business:

At La Nef Chocolate, we have had the good fortune to be able to keep art at the center of our lives. We are art makers, art collaborators, art promoters, art educators, and art collectors. That means we are surrounded by art and the creative people that make it, but also the people and organizations that promote and protect the legacies of artists.

So, when we first came up with the idea of La Nef, we knew that art and the artists we admire would be at the center of our business as well. We have collaborated with a variety of artists for our packaging. We encourage you to learn more about and support all these artists, and the organizations that promote their work.

“Revealing aspects of the mystery of being human is life’s inexhaustible research. Through the adventures of art, we find the meaning of our lives.”

-Author/Artist Ashley Bryan, from Infinite Hope

La Nef is also committed to conservation, sustainability and community building. They use biodegradable and recyclable packaging, source high quality ingredients, and deal in direct trade for fair treatment of farmers. La Nef supports artists and non-profits that are doing work that they believe in through partnerships and collaborations.

The cherry on top: A portion of the proceeds from many La Nef Chocolate Bars support a broad variety of meaningful non-profits.
